Artificial Intelligence Governance Product Lead (AI Product Lead)

What You'll Do • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prism • Lead customer discovery and translate insights into impactful product features. • Act as the domain authority on AI governance and the regulatory frameworks that shape it (for example the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001), translating requirements into product features. • Partner with engineering to define and prioritize AI, LLM, and agent-based capabilities • Map product capabilities to real-world enterprise governance and approval workflows • Shape product experience and drive customer adoption • Support strategic customer engagements and implementations Why Join Us • Define the future of AI Governance for global enterprises • Work at the intersection of AI, regulation, risk, and innovation • Own a high-impact product with significant visibility and influence What We're Looking For • 10+ years of overall experience, including: • 7-10+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Leadership • 3-5+ years exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, or AI-enabled products • Strong experience working with enterprise customers, governance, compliance, risk, or regulated environments. • Proven experience building enterprise software or AI-driven products • Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory frameworks • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, and enterprise AI adoption • Experience leading customer discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management • Ability to bridge business, regulatory, and technical requirements • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills AI Governance, Agentic AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Product Management, Product Strategy, AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, AI-enabled products, Compliance, risk, Regulated environments, AI Agents
