Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities • Support full-stack application development, including front-end, back-end, APIs and integrations where required. • Refactor and productionise prototypes developed rapidly by delivery teams, improving code quality, structure, maintainability and reliability. • Set up and maintain development, testing and deployment environments. • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployment automation. • Set up logging, monitoring, observability and alerting to support applications during pilots and deployment. • Develop and execute unit, integration, regression and end-to-end tests. • Reproduce, investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues identified during user testing and live pilots. • Work closely with product managers, other engineers and relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve implementation issues. Requirements & Qualifications A. Educational Qualification & Experience • Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Experience: • Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications. • Experience with software engineering practices including Git, automated testing and code review. • Experience with DevOps and deployment tooling, such as Docker, CI/CD platforms and cloud or container-based environments. B. Technical & Professional Competencies Essential (Must-Have) • Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies, such as React / TypeScript and Python-based frameworks. • Familiarity with logging, monitoring and application observability. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Advantageous) • Experience building or deploying AI-enabled applications, LLM-based workflows or agentic systems would be advantageous. C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes • Ability to work independently across several projects and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work directly with product teams and relevant stakeholders to get solutions into actual use.
