Job Description
•
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform infrastructure, implementation and upgrades.
•
Good knowledge of Linux administration, databases, load balancing and networking.
•
Experience with High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and platform resilience.
•
Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificates and security.
•
Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting ServiceNow MID Servers.
•
Support platform performance, infrastructure stability, maintenance and upgrade activities.
