Role : Associate, Principal Developer
Location: Singapore
Opportunity Overview: Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a "Associate, Principal Developer" to join the client as on a permanent role.

Retail, wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking), and Investment Management.
Role Overview:
This role sits within the IWM (International Wealth Management Department) CTB (Change-the-Bank) Technology team, which supports various initiatives from the digitalization programme leveraging latest technology including Open REST API, Open Service-Oriented Architecture Platform, Machine Learning, AI Technology application plus data analytics, data visualization and data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong application development skillsets & experience, and is willing to progress to "System Analyst" function
Responsibilities:
Product Evaluation
- To prepare RFP (Request For Proposals)
- To organize product evaluation with shortlisted product vendor
- To lead product evaluation together with key stakeholders.
- To formulate and to compile evaluation criteria matrix
- To prepare evaluation summary management report including recommendation.
Product Proof-Of-Concept
- To prepare and to lead product POC (Proof-Of-Concept)
- To prepare POC summary management report
Product Realization
- To work jointly with business product manager to plan for product rollout
- To be the product design/solution technology lead
- To be the solution/technical lead to the China based product development team.
SME (Subject Matter Expertise)
- Provide SME support to the assigned applications suite to both the RtB (Run-the-Bank) team and business stakeholder.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Possess Wealth Management/ Private Banking business knowledge
- Good team player, self-driven & able to adapt quickly
- Innovative & able to work independently
- Have project management skill/ experience.
- Communicates well & across all levels.
- Good stakeholder & vendor management.
- Familiar with Java, Python, DevSecOps plus SDLC CI/CD toolchain and PowerBI
- Experienced/ Knowledge of the following will be added advantage:
- Agile Product Development
- Open Service-Oriented Architecture Platform and REST API system integration
- Structured/ Unstructured Database
- Secured software development
- Data Analytics, Data Management and Data Visualization
- AI/ Machine Learning Application development/ deployment
- Public/ Private Cloud e.g. (Amazon Web Services) AWS
- Work experience with a core banking system, internet banking system/ workbench & any of the following:
- Wealth Management Portfolio Advisory
- Wealth Management Front Office Workbench
- Wealth Management Credit Risk Management
- Web-based portal/ workbench solution development
- BI Dashboard
