ServiceNow Senior Developer

Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Singapore Company: Ranosys Technologies Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs. • Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub. • Customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Portal components. • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. • Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and support testing, deployments, upgrades, and production activities. Required Skills • Hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Exposure to additional modules such as ITOM or HRSD or CSM • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs. • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and automation. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations. • Understanding of ServiceNow data models, platform security, update sets, and deployment processes. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Singapore Citizens & PR only to apply.
