Your mission

As a key player on our backend team, you'll drive the development of major features from inception to launch, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams across the company. You'll be at the forefront of creating customer-focused solutions, working in cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. Additionally, you'll contribute to projects that enhance our platform’s reliability, scalability, and performance, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Build & Innovate: Develop secure and scalable web services & systems that power high-speed trading and real-time market data.
• Enhance & Support: Ensure our customers have stable access to our products both by crafting robust systems and fixing them when there are production issues.
• Collaborate & Lead: Drive the evolution of our platform, in collaboration with cross functional partners.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise: 5+ years in backend engineering, strong in Python/Golang, databases, and distributed systems.
• Microservices Mastery: Skilled in scaling microservices, with experience in websocket architecture.
• Leadership: Proven team-building and technical leadership skills, with a passion for learning new tech.
• Advanced Systems: Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS and/or Kubernetes.
