Assistant Engineer, Cybersecurity

Responsibilities: • Assist to plan, review and carry out preventive / condition monitoring programs, in line with the OEM recommendations / best industry practices, recommend actions and implement as required to increase reliability of the equipment. • Assist to identify, plan and initiate action to procure and maintain spares required for the reliability and availability of the assets within the allotted budget. • To review, maintain and improve wherever necessary, the documentation system which includes as built drawings, manuals, work plans, audit reports, submissions etc • To be part of team to plan and build cyber defence. • Assist in the Implementation of Cyber Policies and SOP’s • Provide support in ISMS Audits, Cybersecurity Audits, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments • Manage and Support Cybersecurity related issues • Keep abreast of new Cyber threats and news • Assist in liaising with the relevant government bodies • Liaise and provide technical support to operations and maintenance staff. • Participate in training for others in areas of technical expertise. • Providing support to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements, code of practices as applicable to the workplace which includes specific requirements under cyber security Requirements: • • Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity/Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent who have a strong interest in the power plant industry are encouraged to apply. • Candidates with relevant qualifications but no prior experience are welcome to apply.  • Successful candidates will transition to the new plant, PacificLight Meranti in phases as construction progresses • Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents • Good Knowledge of Systems & Networking • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills • Possess initiative, passion and towards cybersecurity • Cybersecurity Certifications an added advantage • Excellent communication and report-presentation skills and ability to work independently when required Others:  • Working location in Jurong Island. • Scheduled company transport is provided, to/from Jurong East MRT.  Interested applicants, please submit the application via below link or QR code https://hiring.pacificlight.com.sg//SolutionPro/Recruit/JobDetail/Page?jobno=e1bb201d-c2f1-465c-ac41-5e9c692097fe&c=PLP By submitting your personal data and/or resume to PacificLight (“us”), you shall be deemed to have given consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purpose of assessing your job application.
