Salesforce Education Cloud Developer Experience: 3+ Years Specialization: Salesforce Education Cloud / CRM Development Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Developer with at least 3years of experience in Salesforce development and customisation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, developing solutions to support student lifecycle management, admissions, recruitment, student engagement, and institutional operations. Key Responsibilities *Design, develop, customise, and maintain solutions using Salesforce EducationCloud. *Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements. *Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. *Implement and support education-related processes, including student recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, and engagement. *Configure Education Cloud data models and integrate Salesforce with external applications and institutional systems. *Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. *Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation. *Support data migration, system integration, deployment, and release management activities. *Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices. *Provide ongoing production support and resolve technical issues. Required Skills & Qualifications *Minimum *3+ years of experience in Salesforce development*. *Hands-on experience with *Salesforce Education Cloud*. *Strong knowledge of *Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SalesforceFlows*. *Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. *Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. *Experience with data migration, testing, debugging, and deployment tools. *Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and change sets or CI/CD pipelines. *Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications *Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent. *Salesforce Administrator or Education Cloud-related certification. *Experience implementing student lifecycle management and higher education CRM solutions. *Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
