ServiceNow Developer (Contract) CMDB / Asset Management

Role & Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to client requirements and platform best practices • Build platform features using business rules, script includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using Integration Hub and MID Server Module Specialism • CMDB —Configuration Management • Asset Management • HRSD — HR Service Delivery • CSM — CustomerService Management • FSM — FieldService Management • SPM —Strategic Portfolio Management • GRC / IRM —Governance, Risk & Compliance • SecOps —Security Operations • App Engine —Custom Development • Now Assist /Agentic AI Requirements • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background. • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development required. • Minimum 1 year of experience in CMDB & Asset Management. • Proficiency in JavaScript — Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Glide APIs • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (Integration Hub preferred from Consultant level) • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into platform solutions • Good communication skills — able to engage with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
