Graduate Software Engineer (Fresher)

Job Responsibilities • Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, rollout and application-support activities under the guidance of senior SAP consultants. • Learn business processes across Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance, MRO, Materials Management and related supply-chain processes. • Assist consultants in business requirement gathering, process analysis and preparation of functional documentation. • Support configuration, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing activities. • Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, test data and evidence, and track defects through resolution. • Support master-data preparation, cleansing, validation and migration activities. • Analyze application incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting and work with functional and technical teams toward resolution. • Participate in SAP integration testing across modules such as PM/EAM, MM, PS, QM, SD and related solutions. • Assist with preparation of functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows and enhancements. • Develop understanding of SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA business processes. • Participate in client workshops, project meetings, demonstrations and knowledge-transfer sessions. • Create and maintain solution documentation, operating procedures and knowledge articles. • Follow project delivery standards covering quality, change management, security and documentation. • Proactively build SAP functional capability through structured classroom training, self-learning, hands-on exercises and project OJT. • Progressively take ownership of defined business processes or application areas as capability develops. • AI-Assisted Requirement Analysis and Documentation • Ability to leverage AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and workflow optimization. Job Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates with strong analytical capability and an interest in enterprise applications are encouraged. Technical / Functional • Basic understanding of ERP or enterprise business processes. • Exposure to SAP through academic coursework, internships, certifications or projects is advantageous. • Interest in SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management or MRO solutions. • Basic understanding of software-development or implementation lifecycle concepts. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and structured business data. • Interest in Enterprise AI Tools and emerging Technologies Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to learn complex enterprise processes quickly. • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with multicultural, distributed teams. • Willingness to learn both functional and technical aspects of SAP and AI emerging technologies in the world of SAP
